What to expect from your initial PT appointment
Physical Therapy
Lady Bird PT provides virtual and office visits to address your pain and symptoms. You just need comfy clothes and an hour of time! Children are always welcome during PT sessions.

Expecting Parent Plan
If you're pregnant and feeling great but looking for more information, this plan is for you. This plan can be modified to fit your individual needs, however typically includes 4 sessions and our birth prep course, including a prenatal physical evaluation, and a 3, 6 and 10 week postpartum appointment.
